Sometimes the most challenging part of researching adoption is knowing what questions to ask. The amount of information can be overwhelming- but it is not worth anything if it's not the information you need.
America World tries to make this process easier for you by listing all of our agency's requirements, the country's requirements, travel details, and an all-inclusive list of costs. It is our goal to use our website as a tool to reduce the uncertainty involved in starting the adoption process, in addition to the experienced staff available by phone.
We have a brand new section on our website that should help you even more as you being thinking about adoption. Each program now has a list of Frequently Asked Questions that address both common questions, with more detail, and questions you may not have thought to ask. I really appreciate that AWAA lists all of the costs involved with an adoption. When we were first reseaching adoption, this was something we were very concerned about. I really appreciated how upfront AWAA was about it. I didn't see that with any other agency. Thanks!
